was founded in 1994 by joint agreement and investment of 36 companies, all experienced members of the Iranian syndicate of Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial contractors, to meet growing market demand for large-scale Industrial Projects, particularly in Gas and oil and Petrochemical fields.
